Right fit or it works?!

Prov. 18:16 - A man's gift makes room for him and brings him before great men. (NASB)

Well, I this year I am looking toward making sure I am in the right place, and the best fit for me. I encourage everyone to do the same it will do wonders for our heart, mind, and soul…. I am not looking for the easy way out, but preparing myself to do the work for the ‘right-fit’. I know this is not the easiest thing to do, and it will push my limits as it expand my perspective; not rhetorical but life growth for me. I finally get you have to ‘be the change you wish to see in others’; when you change others change around you…WOW!! …We do not change because it is more work, time consuming, at moments overwhelming, but in the end it make things so much easier. Our gifts really do make room for us, and allow us to be in balance place; once this is done. No one can see, or appreciate when we feel the need to assert ourselves all the time, in all situations, and/or all people; damaging to everyone. There is peace of mind, even when there are struggles, when you are where you supposed to be. However, we do not look or pay attention to the clues before us because of fear that creates insecurities. This is especially true in the workplace. We tend to put people in places where openings are, not where they are the best fit, and what works for us, not the team. This leads to disruption for the whole, and creates more problems unnecessarily, when really it is about one person being in the wrong place. There is an old saying – one apple does not spoil the whole bushel – but it disruptive everything in immeasurable ways. You have to empty everything out and start over, trash all that has been containment by the rotten one. Now some times this is a good thing but most of the time we add more work to our plate. If only we had paid more attention to what we were doing, we would have seen it. We are so busy doing the fast and easy, well there is something to the slow and steady wins the race; double work is not necessary. This happens in most our relationships whether is at work or people. We really do not see people, we see cogs that fit in slots, not is it the right fit or appropriate; our focus is wrong. We stay in jobs, relationships knowing the fit is not right but we do not want to admit to our mistake and start over; sometimes it is necessary. We have not look within to see our strength, or have looked but refused to go thru the process and build a solid foundation that will stand. My friend has a saying – s/he wants to be big but little is eating their ass up. In other words, we want what we are not prepared or ready to handle. We forget there is a process, work to be put in to get there, and rush jobs do not create a sustainable foundation. I have found this to be true in my life, and those around me...What is eating you up?

However, it does take a person being honest with self, and this is hard but necessary to move forward in the right place, fit. The awareness results in a change that shall require leaving some things alone, dropping others, walking away from some projects, and not letting our emotions of ‘having this or that’ craving direct us. Only then will our gifts make room for us, and bring us before great people; they will take notice. As long as our focus is making someone notice you, you will not move forward but backwards. I am not saying do not take advantages of opportunities presented to you, but we all know and seen people who are working hard trying to get notice and being seen; they are ignored, purposely. Listen attentively, be present in the moment, and cultivate an intentional strategy on life. See, I am a firm believer that when you see yourself clearly, you create a space around yourself that permeates throughout all you do. This is not easy, but worth it. Down with the kill them with kindness to diplomacy and tact for all conflicts. You cannot control others, but you can control you…so when you know better, do better…I plan to, how about you for 2010?…reestablish the divine order your life so you can be the refresher for self, and others…

Awesomeness of God Logic

Awesomeness of God Logic
What happens when God's logic is so awesome, we see chaos instead of creation because the whirlwind of His mind moment of putting things together. When we see confusion rather than constructive illumination because of our fear self, man, and/or 'norms'. When the crisis we have surmise is really God's cunning wit providing us guidance. The awesomeness of God's logic is a mystery to each of us on the surface. His ways are not our ways, and a mystery to us. Yet, we submit and commit to His word, then we shall begin to see when things are dire, desperate, and/or disruptive God is manifesting a miracle in the moment for your destiny, we stay focus on him and not 'us'. See there are to be evidence of God's salvation in our lives, otherwise we are just blowing hot air, and living a lie. If you say someone loves you, a family member, your workplace, etc there is evidence this is true in your life somewhere; the same is true of God salvation. No, it is not going to be easy but the model set for us to pattern our walk is, was not easy or with struggle; who are we to not endure?...Awesomeness of God's logic is demonstrates for the intentionality of God in each of our lives..Joshua 2:2-4; 24 The king of Jericho was told, "Look! Some of the Israelites have come here tonight to spy out the land." So the king of Jericho sent this message to Rahab: "Bring out the men who came to you and entered your house, because they have come to spy out the whole land."But the woman had taken the two men and hidden them. She said, "Yes, the men came to me, but I did not know where they had come from...They said to Joshua, "The LORD has surely given the whole land into our hands; all the people are melting in fear because of us."..awesomeness of God's logic creates for us an abundant life, only if we were obedient to the promise of our faith...
