Growth

Growth
I am back. I have been out of commission. Life got the best of me, and stress took its toll on me for a minute there. But I am back..smiling…Speaking about growth. Yes, growth. Everyone talks about how we need to change, improve, grow. But no one really talks about what that truly means for an individual to do this. It is transformative moment. One has to go through something that is painful, a struggle, and confusion; for all involved. What am I talking about? Well, I will use a seed to explain this, and maybe it will help with the idea of growth. When we plant a seed, we have put in the ground or in water, but in order for the plant to come forth, the seed but be willing to give up what it is now, to be what is meant to be. The casing opens, the roots take hold, sprout shots out and the plant begins to transform into what it was meant to be. Now this is growth, this change, and this include a struggle and painful. What if the seed said, no way, I like being this way, and whatever needs to happen must happen through this form but that cannot happen. We all know that but for some reason we mere humans see it, read about, study it, explain it to others, and believe ourselves to be educated on the subject. Until that is, it becomes an issue for us to address in human form. We cannot wrap our head, our heart, or our eyes around this concept; it is too overwhelming for us. See when we show people, or people get a glimpse of who we really are, what is seen is different. Our exterior, outward form manifests to others in a way, we had not expected or believed, and they become frighten. But this is the rub, when we are true to self, live authentically and in our truth, we please God. We fail ourselves and others when we fail to live up to our truth, but when we do, all that we should have and more comes, and people pay homage to that truth...read below.

And Peter answered, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, I will make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah. While he was yet speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold, a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him. And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid
