It is about love

Everything is about love or it comes back to love. It is not about an accident but divine design. The connection and the desired to be important to someone enough that you are put first. See, when we are loved like this, and we are taught in words and deeds. It is easier to return love when you are given it, then we give love that is not swayed by circumstance or situation. We are able to love one another, no matter what. It changes you for the good, and excess baggage is not accumulated but let go because the heart is able to release and breathe. The human touch becomes more intimate; chaotic times become less unbearable; sad times we are able to see in a different way. As you realize the resounding logic of 'all things work out for our good' with new meaning; somehow, some way. Romans 8:28-30-We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose. For those He foreknew. He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brothers. And those He predestined, He also called; and those He called, He also justified; and those He justified, He also glorified.(HCSB) tells us this. But unless we understand love that God seeks to teach us, these verses roll off our back, like water on a duck's back. It doesn't quite touch us although it reaches us; it surface fleeting emotions feeling touch. We are unmoved and unheeding as it has a devastating to soul growth to our Christian walk.

You see, when we get it, the real meaning of what love means, then life changes. See God heals because of love...God provides because of love...God grants grace and mercy because of love...God sacrificed because of His for us...Nothing is ever made lasting and sustainable changes for improvement for the better without the true comprehension of the unconditional love we saw on the cross...See love wills and allows. The question we all must ask ourselves is - am i really ready to begin the process to live according to God's modeled love? It matters and so does you...It is about love...Read Romans 8: Inseperable by Bill Hybels

You just don't wanna know

I have included in my blog today the song by Marvin Winans. He wrote this song as a result of a friend who told him, he would be there if he ever needed him, but wasn’t. Gave excuses why he couldn’t. It gave me a start because I think of those who told me they would be there for me but wasn’t, as well as those I told, I would be there for them, but wasn’t. It hurt; I am not going to lie. Realizing how my selfishness has caused me not to be used in the will of God because I did not feel like it. Take me back a bit, and I can't say anything. I was afraid my truth was something they could not handle, or I did not want to know their truth because it would make me face something in me. We all have done this. The question is why do we do this? To make ourselves feel good, look good to the other person, or think ‘we have to’ because our position or status. Well the thing is, no one wants to be given empty promises, and we should not hand them out to make ourselves feel good or look good. Why? Because you know, one day the person will call you on this promise. If it is just fluff, then you have just hurt someone unnecessarily without cause. That does not feel good does it? So the next time you tell someone you will be there, be there....otherwise they will conclude - You just don't wanna know’ ...We all want others to be there for us, to help us in those crazy times in life, and it does matter having that human touch. Being the angel, God used to get the message across; now isn’t that a wonderful feeling which reaches the core....think about it for minute...We all want others to be honest, genuine, and truthful to us, but it is hard to get what we do not give. Lets us establish a new order with this new decade, and not only ask for others to be honest, genuine, and truthful to us, but we also do the same...Let us stop focusing on the negative, selfish, ‘me’ and actually listening to those people who gave us criticism, critique, review of us, so we can be the best person we can. This does not come easy, but the alternative is really not good either...think about, and read the words to this song by Marvin Winans....I did, and it is a powerful message... try it...

Marvin Winans song ‘You just don't wanna know’ (I might not get all the words just right, but you get the gist)

I hurt so many nights. Cried so many hours. Trying to make it right. Just didn't have the power. You ignored all of my tears. In hopes they’d disappear. I tried to let it show.

But I guess... you just don't wanna know

I came to you in love. I came to you in earnest. Could you possibly explain? Why the flames, why the furnace? Just needing to get it clear. I was hoping you would hear. I tried to let it go.

But I guess... you just don't wanna know.

Now it is true that God is always there…He said, He will never leave us…but at time a human touch is what I need…and if I had a dime for every time I tried to call your name, something tells me I would be wealthy

I learned I could cope…Yes I did…I discovered I could make it…in nights so long and cold…so cold...you do not know how cold…I could take it…but I wouldn’t change a thing, not for the knowledge I have gained…I learned that I could grow…I really did tried to let it show…I did tried to let it go

But I guess... you just don't wanna know

I hurt so many nights...I tried to let it show.

But I guess... you just don't wanna know

I learned I could grow…I tried to let it show… But I guess... you just don't wanna know

Right fit or it works?!

Prov. 18:16 - A man's gift makes room for him and brings him before great men. (NASB)

Well, I this year I am looking toward making sure I am in the right place, and the best fit for me. I encourage everyone to do the same it will do wonders for our heart, mind, and soul…. I am not looking for the easy way out, but preparing myself to do the work for the ‘right-fit’. I know this is not the easiest thing to do, and it will push my limits as it expand my perspective; not rhetorical but life growth for me. I finally get you have to ‘be the change you wish to see in others’; when you change others change around you…WOW!! …We do not change because it is more work, time consuming, at moments overwhelming, but in the end it make things so much easier. Our gifts really do make room for us, and allow us to be in balance place; once this is done. No one can see, or appreciate when we feel the need to assert ourselves all the time, in all situations, and/or all people; damaging to everyone. There is peace of mind, even when there are struggles, when you are where you supposed to be. However, we do not look or pay attention to the clues before us because of fear that creates insecurities. This is especially true in the workplace. We tend to put people in places where openings are, not where they are the best fit, and what works for us, not the team. This leads to disruption for the whole, and creates more problems unnecessarily, when really it is about one person being in the wrong place. There is an old saying – one apple does not spoil the whole bushel – but it disruptive everything in immeasurable ways. You have to empty everything out and start over, trash all that has been containment by the rotten one. Now some times this is a good thing but most of the time we add more work to our plate. If only we had paid more attention to what we were doing, we would have seen it. We are so busy doing the fast and easy, well there is something to the slow and steady wins the race; double work is not necessary. This happens in most our relationships whether is at work or people. We really do not see people, we see cogs that fit in slots, not is it the right fit or appropriate; our focus is wrong. We stay in jobs, relationships knowing the fit is not right but we do not want to admit to our mistake and start over; sometimes it is necessary. We have not look within to see our strength, or have looked but refused to go thru the process and build a solid foundation that will stand. My friend has a saying – s/he wants to be big but little is eating their ass up. In other words, we want what we are not prepared or ready to handle. We forget there is a process, work to be put in to get there, and rush jobs do not create a sustainable foundation. I have found this to be true in my life, and those around me...What is eating you up?

However, it does take a person being honest with self, and this is hard but necessary to move forward in the right place, fit. The awareness results in a change that shall require leaving some things alone, dropping others, walking away from some projects, and not letting our emotions of ‘having this or that’ craving direct us. Only then will our gifts make room for us, and bring us before great people; they will take notice. As long as our focus is making someone notice you, you will not move forward but backwards. I am not saying do not take advantages of opportunities presented to you, but we all know and seen people who are working hard trying to get notice and being seen; they are ignored, purposely. Listen attentively, be present in the moment, and cultivate an intentional strategy on life. See, I am a firm believer that when you see yourself clearly, you create a space around yourself that permeates throughout all you do. This is not easy, but worth it. Down with the kill them with kindness to diplomacy and tact for all conflicts. You cannot control others, but you can control you…so when you know better, do better…I plan to, how about you for 2010?…reestablish the divine order your life so you can be the refresher for self, and others…

Awesomeness of God Logic

Awesomeness of God Logic
What happens when God's logic is so awesome, we see chaos instead of creation because the whirlwind of His mind moment of putting things together. When we see confusion rather than constructive illumination because of our fear self, man, and/or 'norms'. When the crisis we have surmise is really God's cunning wit providing us guidance. The awesomeness of God's logic is a mystery to each of us on the surface. His ways are not our ways, and a mystery to us. Yet, we submit and commit to His word, then we shall begin to see when things are dire, desperate, and/or disruptive God is manifesting a miracle in the moment for your destiny, we stay focus on him and not 'us'. See there are to be evidence of God's salvation in our lives, otherwise we are just blowing hot air, and living a lie. If you say someone loves you, a family member, your workplace, etc there is evidence this is true in your life somewhere; the same is true of God salvation. No, it is not going to be easy but the model set for us to pattern our walk is, was not easy or with struggle; who are we to not endure?...Awesomeness of God's logic is demonstrates for the intentionality of God in each of our lives..Joshua 2:2-4; 24 The king of Jericho was told, "Look! Some of the Israelites have come here tonight to spy out the land." So the king of Jericho sent this message to Rahab: "Bring out the men who came to you and entered your house, because they have come to spy out the whole land."But the woman had taken the two men and hidden them. She said, "Yes, the men came to me, but I did not know where they had come from...They said to Joshua, "The LORD has surely given the whole land into our hands; all the people are melting in fear because of us."..awesomeness of God's logic creates for us an abundant life, only if we were obedient to the promise of our faith...

Understand your purpose!

Job 32:4;7-9- Now Elihu had waited before speaking to Job because they were older than he...'I thought, 'Age should speak; advanced years should teach wisdom.' But it is the spirit in a man, the breath of the Almighty, that gives him understanding. It is not only the old who are wise, not only the aged who understand what is right. (NIV)
To understand our purpose, we must understand our worth. Comprehending our truth worth helps us to see that self-sacrificing, and not self-serving is the way to living life in abundance in all aspects..Now, before we go any further let me be clear, I am not talking about he self-sacrifice that we do for fame, glory, and comments but rather the self-sacrifice that is submititng to the will of the Father...okay, i will continue...With the awareness the promised destiny planned for our life is not lived, seen and we have our being unaware, without knowing our worth and purpose. When we grasp this, we are no longer bound by traditions, social and cultural norms, or  family nonsensical madness.  Although they are all useful in their place, we need to know when they have lost their usefulness, what is antiquated and out of date, and what is still relevant. We only finds this being real and discerning for one self,  it is the spirit in the man not age, gender, nationality, the bank balance, status, or birthright which bestows certain inalienable rights, but it is God. God shapes us in the flickering of eyes lids while His heart grants the cornucopia of presence and confidence. Then we are able to build a foundation that is solid enough to withstand any lost, disruption, horrific changes, because you know, you were born into this world to do what you are doing, and it feels good...you exhale, you release, and you begin to see truly, 'i am too blessed, too be stressed!'..In this passage of scriptures Elihu explains his role, he knew his role, and owned it, and did not allow anything from serving his purpose...giving the message Job chapters 32-37...We do not hear much, or any at all about Elihu after this..He is done because he has fulfilled his purpose, for this moment he was born..Could you do the same? Understanding your purpose allows you to do so...be blessed and know, living your purpose or without struggles but I can truthfully say, baby it is definitely easier, and allows the unspeakful joy that gives your soul rest like Jesus in the middle of the storm on the boat...

Happy New Year!!!

Happy New Year!!!
We are all bless to see a new year, that is a blessing whether we see it as one or not because many missed it; some by seconds, minutes, hours, a day or month...The tradition, regardless of faith, where you were brought up is something type of promise or resolution for the new year. Well, I thought about this and I look at my plan for a new year, (who would have thunk it, right...lol) I, like most, are seeking without focus, understanding or knowing our purpose. So, actually, in truth we are only going around aimlessly in this world getting a temporary fix with this or that, with him or her (or both whatever); it is a addiction, not a cure or coorection...There are some quotes and verses I would like you all to consider  as you prepare for this new year, what the heck, new decade!! two by Wm. Shakespeare - 'My crown is in my content...my crown is my heart' and 'To thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man'; St. Francis of Assis 'Start doing what is necessary; then do what is possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible'; and Thomas Jefferson 'A candle loses nothing when it lights another candle...it makes more light'...Now the verses...Matt 6:24 'You can't worship two gods at once. Loving one god, you'll end up hating the other. Adoration of one feeds contempt for the other. You can't worship God and Money both.' MSG and Jer. 29:11 'I know the plans I have for you," announces the Lord. "I want you to enjoy success. I do not plan to harm you. I will give you hope for the years to come.' NIV...Now that I have preface this, let me tell you all what I figured I out, I resolve to do for me, to live prospers, godly, and walk with a purposeful focus...

1. To remember I cannot control no one behaviour, reactions, or choices but my own; if I find they are inappropriate people in my life, then ask God what am I to get out and get away
2. To live the truth God put in me, not talk about what I going to do or make excuse; just do it
3. Release the guilt, it is done, i cannot change it, and be free; it weighs too much
4. Say good by to resentment and lingering anger because it is leading me to a self-destructive disposition and it serves no purpose; i plan to get the lesson and move on, let go of the people...not being mean spirited but knowing this is not for me
5. Stop focusing on I am not going to be like whomever or whatever because what we focus on, we become, and I need to have a positive image, vision as my focus if I plan to be it
6. Knowing that knowing better does not mean doing better, we have to  believe it and act on it to have an impact; change my belief system by being open to a varied knowledge
7. Knowing that there are no accidents in our life and things are allowed or willed by God to teach us something for our future
8. A clear focus allows for an articulate purpose and not subject to changes to accommodate others or trends or ideas
9. Knowing one person with a purpose can impact millions of lives once it is focus...remember Esther, Oprah, Gates, Facebook guys, Jesus, etc
10. It is not about me but for me to see, enjoy, embrace, and do; and my self-sacrifice is needed for my fulfillment of destiny

I did ten, not by accident, but by intention - Ten is the number of divine order being reestablished one way or another through the judgment of the law...I am reestablishing with God in this new decade in his judgment, unconditional love, and my faith without reservation; how about you!

The New year approaches-Thinking differently

As 2009 is coming to a close, I stopped a minute to contemplate what has transpired to me, my friends, this country, and those connected to me. I have concluded in my musing we need to think differently...In the bible it speaks of this- as a child, I thought as a child, but when I became man (adult), I put away childness things...You are still on milk, when you should be on meat...These verses are reminding us as we mature, we should think differently. Therefore, we should speak and act differently as we grow; it is a process...But we do not because we are not willing to understand this simple truth...See improving on what you have does not mean you are discounting the past accomplishments, but we are honoring them as we continue to grow; we use what is to as the platform, springboard for our progression. Time change but the message is the same, the delivery method and mode operation is different because the audience is different, and transformation is taking place because of it...So, asked yourself who is holding your ladder as you climb upward? never forget those below because without this individual(s), your presence circumstance would not be possible...thinking differently, i think is a must for our survival, for our progression, for our faith to thrive and love to live
